This is a two-man scramble. If you know who you would like to play with, please indicate his/her name in the appropriate space. If you don’t list the name of your partner, we will assume you are an individual and will pair you. *If you have a partner, each of you must sign up and pay individually.

You do not have to have a partner to play. Individual golfers may sign up and we will pair you.
